Being a luxury wedding planner that solely plans occasions throughout the UK it's really important to keep up to date with the most beautiful venues that align with the weddings I love to be involved in planning. Here is a list of my top 10 stylish UK wedding venues to book in 2023 complied of gorgeous orangeries full of light, Georgian-inspired manors to add a contemporary edge to, London city wedding venues steeped in glamour and decadence, and luxury country estates that lend themselves to multiple day events.
WILDERNESS RESERVE
Wilderness Reserve is a collection of exclusive-use country estates set in 8000 acres of quintessentially British countryside. Divided across Sibton Park and Chapel Barn estates, choose from either a grade II*-listed Georgian manor house, complete with an orangery or a restored 15th-century farm shed, designed to host those looking for a superlative barn wedding venue.
A UK wedding venue that is absolutely perfect for hosting an epic wedding weekend Wilderness Reserve really is one of my favourites. Fill your weekend's itinerary bike riding through the parklands, huddling around a bonfire in the woods sipping champagne, picnics on the lakes in a rowing boat, wine tasting, and enjoying relaxing spa treatments.
SYON PARK
Syon Park is just 9 miles from Charing Cross, but this beautiful orangery UK wedding venue feels like stepping into a palace of Graeco-Roman splendour. The Great Conservatory is a hugely ornate glass orangery and is one of those venues that speaks for itself and is filled with exotic plants from all corners of the world.
Being dry hire Syon Park lends itself to curating an exceptional experience and design choosing every detail from the catering to the lounge furniture, floorplan and beyond. It was an absolute pleasure to execute Rebecca & James' day here this year and turn this structure into an Italian Courtyard.
CLARIDGES
This glamourous London city wedding venue is a 5* hotel in the centre of Mayfair and is the perfect compromise of mixing timeless elegance with contemporary relevance. The Ballroom would be my space of choice, its monochrome backdrop hints to the roaring '20s and could be softened with huge floral installations or kept minimalistic increasing the glamour.
The menus are French-inspired with twists from culinary around the world and soaked in decadence. From lobster risotto to caviar canapes the glamour doesn't stop at the architecture of Claridges.
EURIDGE MANOR
The Cotswolds Euridge Manor is an absolutely spectacular venue in the UK's beautiful Cotswolds. It boasts unexpected delights at every corner, Euridge is an intricate setting complete with orangery, boathouse, and expansive grounds. The backdrop of the space lends itself to a truly magical day.
There is a vast range of options in terms of unique ceremony spaces, dining and dancing areas, and smaller sheltered areas to enjoy drinks and canapes. Another dry hire venue that provides an amazing canvas for a couple to really sew their story and style into.

HOLYWELL HALL
Holywell House is a majestic Grade II* listed Georgian Hall and beautiful grounds in Lincolnshire and the perfect exclusive country house wedding venue for pitching a quintessentially English Marquee.
Host your ceremony amongst the walled gardens or in the quaint chapel just meters away from the House and overlooking the lake. It really is a hidden jewel that provides the most spectacular backdrop to your wedding day. This year I planned Amber & Ben’s marquee wedding here, utilising all the gorgeous spaces on offer including a private art deco bar, bowling alley and Orangery.
BABINGTON HOUSE
Built in 1705, the Soho House wedding venue Babington House is a Grade II-listed Georgian manor set in 18 acres of English countryside in the heart of Somerset, 30 minutes from Bath. Soho house is at the top of its game for hospitality and I have always loved visiting their venues.
If you want incredible tasting food with a relaxed yet refined style and atmosphere this luxury wedding venue is for you. On your wedding day, you and your guests dine in their stunning orangery overlooking the lake, and you can spend multiple days enjoying the surrounding grounds, spa or even book their pitch for a spot of cricket! You do need to be a Soho House Member to book exclusivity of this venue though!
THE LANESBOROUGH HOTEL & CELESTE RESTAURANT
Regal and elegant The Lanesborough Hotel in London exudes class and decadence. This boutique hotel situated on the corner of London’s Hyde Park really feels like a home away from home with all the luxuries of a 5* hotel.
After your ceremony in the St Georges Room, enjoy a reception in The Great Hall a marble masterpiece surrounding a grand staircase. Then step into Celeste and enjoy a culinary journey with your guests in this Michelin-starred restaurant. The stunning space of Celeste has a huge scope for design, varying levels, high columns, and a dome skylight that floods the space with light.
HECKFIELD PLACE
A luxury country hotel in Hampshire, Heckfield Place epitomises a country haven, the Georgian House is fashion-forward and effortlessly welcoming. Surrounding the hotel are its grounds complete with a walled garden, lake, and farmland which has enabled Heckfield to build a self-sustaining relationship between house and grounds.
Another excellent UK wedding venue to host a weekend wedding Heckfield has numerous spaces to enjoy eating, drinking relaxing and unwinding. Including a beautiful glasshouse, 'The Little Bothy' a natural spa, badminton courts, and cinema.
