WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

Our office is based in a Victorian terrace in the Nottinghamshire countryside. But, you are more than likely to find us wedding planning on a luxury country estate such as Wilderness Reserve, chic London hotel, or working with the blank canvas of a marquee on a private estate. We are prepared to travel anywhere in the UK to plan your wedding or event (that's the best part of being based in the middle of the country!), from the Cotswolds, to Surrey and even as far up as Scotland or all the way down to Devon! We also work internationally and love the challenge of a destination wedding.

WE ARENT BASED IN THE UK CAN YOU HELP?

We often work with couples who are based overseas and planning a wedding either in the UK or an international destination. A lot of the planning can be done remotely! Our most recent wedding in London’s Syon Park was for our lovely Canadian clients Rebecca & James.

HOW MANY WEDDINGS & EVENTS DO YOU PLAN AT ONE TIME?

We provide an unwavering service and constant support throughout the planning process to all of our clients and therefore only take a limited number of bookings per year. I AM WORRIED ABOUT BOOKING A UK WEDDING PLANNER BECAUSE I STILL WANT TO BE INVOLVED!

As your wedding planner it is hugely important for us that you feel in control and confident throughout our planning process. My clients are perfectionists and are hugely in control of their own lives, they always want to be kept in the loop on wedding planning and some are hugely involved every step of the way. I take a completely bespoke approach to how I work with each of my couples and provide you with a chronological timeline that considers all your specific personal priorities and event logistics a the beginning of the process. We are not here to take over, but to absorb the time-consuming administrative tasks associated with planning such a complex event. We take care of all the logistics, offer innovative ideas, and give you the professional knowledge, tools, and support so you can make concise decisions you’re excited about.

DO YOU PLAN DESTINATION WEDDINGS?

Yes! We love the challenge of planning a wedding in an international destination. As your destination wedding planners, we have worked internationally from Europe to Australia building relationships overseas and are familiar with negating the additional logistics and research required when putting together an occasion in another country.

DO YOU ONLY PLAN WEDDINGS?

No! We love planning any type of event or party from those intimate celebratory dinners to larger-scale events with 100’s of guests for milestone birthdays or moments in your life. Our party and event planning quotes are completely bespoke depending on your budget and guest numbers do get in touch and we can discuss a personalised quote for you.

HOW DO WE BEGIN PLANNING WITH YOU IF WE AREN’T SURE OF OUR TOTAL BUDGET YET?

If you aren’t sure of an exact budget when enquiring we can be flexible and allow to you confirm our services with our minimum planning fee which can then be revised after putting together a detailed budget projection based on your priorities at the beginning of the process. This revised fee will then be absorbed into your next 2 instalments.

WHAT STYLE OF WEDDINGS & EVENTS DO YOU PLAN?

Our job as UK wedding planners and designers is to create an authentic event that is inspired by you! That being said we usually build these details upon visual styles of elegant understated luxury, full of florals and sophistication which is demonstrated in our portfolio.

WHAT ABOUT MARQUEES?

Yes! We specialise in planning marquee weddings and events be it placed in the grounds of a UK or destination venue, or on your own private property. With the increased logistical challenges a marquee presents it is imperative you appoint the services of an experienced planner to help you navigate the complexities of a marquee event.

DO YOU HAVE A RECOMMENDED SUPPLIERS LIST?

The team of industry creatives that we put together for your event are handpicked from our extensive network of industry-leading suppliers. We do however build you a team that both complements your design brief and budget and have the knowledge and ability to delve into new realms of quality and luxury venues and suppliers all over the world.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

All investments in our wedding planning services are bespoke fixed fee terms with minimum fees that are dependent on the location, number of guests, the complexity of your event and your budget. We believe this ensures an honest and trusting relationship between us and cements that our advice is there only to truly guide and support you seamlessly through the planning process.

To confirm our services we ask for an initial 40% deposit, and then a further 2 payments of 35% 3 months and 25% 1 month prior to your event date.
